We want you to love your GUTS and SOUR gear, but if you're not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition merch and music products must be in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
